Every banner is handmade and customized just for you! Below are the shop policies to help make the process clear and smooth. Please read before placing your order.

Personalization & Proofs

Upon checkout, you’ll receive an order form to gather specifics about your banner. Please fill this out asap, so that production can begin. Double-check all spelling, colors, and details before submitting your order. Maggie & Me Studio is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Minor design adjustments are welcome during the process. Significant changes may require an additional fee.

A proof will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Your order will not move to production until the proof is approved.

Turnaround Time (TAT)

All banners are shipped 5–8 days before your event date, regardless of when the order is placed.

Orders are scheduled based on your event date, not the purchase date, to ensure everyone receives their banner in time.

My calendar often fills quickly. Ordering early guarantees your spot on my schedule.

Rush Orders

Need it faster? Rush production is available for an additional $15, which guarantees creation and shipping within 2 business days.

Color Disclaimer

Each banner is painted by hand. Colors are carefully matched to your approved proof, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and the natural process of hand-painted work.

Standard banner height is 36 inches, with the length determined by your selection.

Photo Sharing

I love celebrating your events! Photos of completed designs may be shared on my website or social media for inspiration—unless you request otherwise.

My schedule often books quickly, especially during busy seasons. Ordering early is the best way to secure your spot. Rush options are available if needed.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, work on your banner has likely begun, and cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Policy

Because each banner is handmade and customized, all sales are final. Refunds are not available on custom orders unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part.
Shipping Information

Banners are packaged in protective tubes and shipped via USPS with tracking.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Once an item is shipped, I cannot control postal delays, but I will always do my best to assist if issues arise.

Damaged Items Policy

I take great care to package every banner securely in protective tubes to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once your package is in transit, I cannot control how it is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your banner arrives damaged—such as torn, crumpled, bent, or with damaged packaging—please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of both the banner and the packaging.

In these situations:

A partial store credit may be issued toward a future order after a successful claim is filed with the shipping carrier.

Due to the custom, hand-painted nature of each banner and my fully booked schedule, I am unable to repaint or remake banners on short notice for shipping-related damage.

Refunds are not available for shipping-related damage. While I do everything possible to package your banner securely, I cannot guarantee how it is handled once it leaves my hands.

If your package has been damaged in transit, please reach out. I’m happy to assist with the next steps for filing a claim and working toward a resolution.
