  • Every banner is handmade and customized just for you! Below are the shop policies to help make the process clear and smooth. Please read before placing your order. 

    Personalization & Proofs 

    • Upon checkout, you’ll receive an order form to gather specifics about your banner. Please fill this out asap, so that production can begin. Double-check all spelling, colors, and details before submitting your order. Maggie & Me Studio is not responsible for errors provided by the customer. 

    • Minor design adjustments are welcome during the process. Significant changes may require an additional fee. 

    • A proof will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Your order will not move to production until the proof is approved. 

    Turnaround Time (TAT) 

    • All banners are shipped 5–8 days before your event date, regardless of when the order is placed. 

    • Orders are scheduled based on your event date, not the purchase date, to ensure everyone receives their banner in time. 

    • My calendar often fills quickly. Ordering early guarantees your spot on my schedule. 

    Rush Orders 

    • Need it faster? Rush production is available for an additional $15, which guarantees creation and shipping within 2 business days. 

    • To request a rush, select the rush option at checkout or contact me directly. 

    Color Disclaimer 

    Each banner is painted by hand. Colors are carefully matched to your approved proof, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and the natural process of hand-painted work. 

    Custom Designs 

    Don’t see a banner that fits your needs? All banners are fully customizable, and I’m happy to create something just for you. 

    • Standard banner height is 36 inches, with the length determined by your selection. 

    • Need a different size? Just ask! 

    Photo Sharing 

    I love celebrating your events! Photos of completed designs may be shared on my website or social media for inspiration—unless you request otherwise. 

    A Friendly Reminder 

    My schedule often books quickly, especially during busy seasons. Ordering early is the best way to secure your spot. Rush options are available if needed.
